I ordered a limited edition watch with hand-painted ice cream, lollipops and doughnut the painting was awful not as I saw in the website The red painting was all over the watch very disappointing I wasn't expecting that from a big company the customer service was very helpful they accepted the return but I am still very upset about it.

Amazing product

After ordering, with express delivery, there was an initial delay of a few days, until I messaged for an update, then that day it was sent, and following logistics was smooth running. Got a sense that the order was forgotten, until the reminder came through. Based on quality of product, Camo roll overpriced, but satisfactory. Quite flimsy.
