Disappointment. About 1 week ago I purchased a CasiOak Rose Gold Rainbow metal G-Shock for €1190.00 order #926884 . It was sent to me with DHL in a disastrous way because the courier, not having found me at home, threw it in my garden and mostly signed for me! The absurd thing is that I didn't receive the watch I purchased but another model!!! The joke is that I've been sending emails to support for a week but no one responds! It almost seems like they don't exist!! Incredible that they do so much advertising but don't bother to take care of their buyers who spend good money. Completely unreliable!

La montre est très belle mais les petites taches sont vraiment assez peu visibles. Le travail est de très bonnes qualité cependant. J'aurai préféré avoir la boîte d'origine plutôt qu'une boîte en plastique de très mauvaise qualité.

Watch arrived about 10 days after I had ordered it. I believe these are make to order which is fine. Watch is very well constructed and it looks like an off the shelf model. You'd never know it was customized from the packaging. Very happy with it.
