So you ship watches with a cover over the face which voids the return warranty if you remove to look at the watch. Which for the TIMEX Q PHANTASM in which the colors of the paint are important, being able to see them clearly shouldn't void the return. Also the colors on it are significantly less vibrant that what's shown online.

Reached out to see if they would do a one off custom piece for me…they agreed!! Didn’t think they would. Super easy process start to finish. Took a total of 6 to 8 weeks, which I thought was completely reasonable. Extremely happy with the custom piece they created for me!! Truly an honor.

Bough Tissot Interstellar Nice paint on dial wih close up lens, however too small paint dots to notice with bare eye... Some colors are only visible with camera zoom-in

Very underwhelmed with the watch. I fully expect every watch to be unique, but expected much more color and pop. Do not expect your watch to have the color or pop that the ad shows.

The watch itself is great, the Timex Q line is fantastic. What IFL did to enhance the dial is pure art. The simplicity of the dotted design crossed with the randomness of both color and placement creates a mesmerizing timepiece.

Best customer service. They listened to my concerns and was resolved very quickly. I will be looking out for more watches from them.

The only reason that it is a four instead of a five is because the quality of the band.... the service and the watch itself are very good. I had a clasp problem which I ultimately fixed and iflw helped with fixing the issue....timex not so much....this is my second watch. The dial is amazing.

Greate quality, rich look and pretty colors!

Received the G-Shock B2100 Galaxy as advertised Pictures do not do it justice! The hand painted hands and dials really makes the watch pop. 1 of 200 makes it exclusive.

It would be great to include a tool to adjust bracelets with.
