I ordered the new limited Uranus on release day and due to the high amount of orders my watch was packed and labelled but the delivery status was „stuck“ for some days at the IFL Office. I contacted IFL via Instagram and the support was stunning. My watch was delivered with some days delayed via express in less than 24hours (international to Germany) and I received a small „Bonus“ for the inconveniences. The support was fast and very kind. - The Watch is awesome and definitely worth the money. The Dialartist creates very cool and detailed dials and every watch is unique. The quality is stunning and everytime I look at my watch I have to smile.

The watch I purchased didn't work out for me, and I live in the US. IFL watches quickly and courteously took care of everything to return the watch via international FedEx and quickly provided a refund.
