This was my first purchase with IFL Watches. I didn't realize the watch was coming out of Europe. I received the watch 10 days after ordering in a very protected shipping container. I was very satisfied with the watch. Thank you IFL.

Purchased the G-Shock CasiOak Green Rainbow for my daughter’s high school graduation. The watch is fantastic and the paint looks incredible. It matches her college colors, I’m so happy! Very very nice, better than the pictures!

Over two weeks and still no delivery for an order that’s almost $3k. Poor communication on expectations. Still waiting for my order. Update: Add to that, it took a week from the time I placed my order until I got a notification from FedEx that IFL finally shipped and gave the packages to the courier. I understand once it is in the shipping courier's hands, it is out of the control of the seller but a week to ship my order in the first place? That could have saved a lot of time as well. Again, poor communication in general on all shipping expectations and no one reached out until after I left a review here. Proactive communication and expectations would have made a big difference in this experience. Hopefully I will get my order this coming week.

The delivery didn’t work out due to customs issues however they were very responsive and prompt with everything. They handled the return and refund very well and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future now that i’ve established they are trust worthy, thanks to the IFL team for being professional and cooperative.

There’s hairline scratches visibly seen on the watch bezel.
