Vetsure is an amazing company to have a policy with to help with the cost of vet fees for Cupcake. The forms for making a claim are easy to follow and you are never waiting or having to contact the team to chase your claim up as it is dealt with quickly and is hassle free. Vetsure keep me up to date with any changes in my policy and send me news letters in regards to different policies that they offer. Very reliable and I would recommend to family and friends.

Excellent service

Very good but a few hitches in the beginning

Ok, so I have given 4 stars. This is because every time I have claimed they paid out in full. They would have got 5 stars but it’s been a bit annoying to have to chase them a few times, their excuse being they are waiting on info from another vet I have registered with. Having spoken to this vet they had already sent the info days before. This has happened 3 times. However as I said this has, thus far, been the only inconvenience and they have paid out 3 very large sums of money for my dogs treatment. It’s a reliable insurance company that takes care seriously.

Unfortunately my dog has been unwell a lot in last 6 months and Vetsure have been brilliant never had a problem. Staff are very helpful and caring.

We felt vetsure was a good option through our vet.. we didn’t count on our dog having a serious accident though and the cover we had didn’t anywhere near cover the cost of her emergency and operation ! At least it was dealt with fairly, kindly, and quickly and was renewed again during her treatment! We are entirely satisfied with our insurance and glad to have had something!

We have been with Vetsure for over two years now and haven’t been disappointed. They covered the cost of our dog’s TTA op (for a torn cruciate) and her on-going rehabilitation treatment. We are very impressed with how quick they are to settle claims.
