Every time I have ever had to speak to a member of the customer service team or make a claim on line. They have been extremely helpful, polite and caring. When losing one of our dogs, they were compassionate and offered their sincere condolences.

Brilliant insurer! No hassle, quick communication. When the vets asked if we were insured for our puppy, as soon as we mentioned vetsure, they were like "oh yes, we like them" and they made direct claims so we didn't need to worry about anything, so very happy with them!

Friendly, attentive reception staff, followed by caring and obliging veterinary staff made the visit less stressful for my cat and myself. Highly recommended.

We insured our dog Ava with Vetsure throughout her life. Despite having to make numerous claims, Vetsure was always sympathetic and made sure we were reimbursed promptly. We were never made to feel as it we were a difficult customer and, when she died, they were so kind. It is an exceptional company providing an exceptional service.

Amazing customer service from Elisa over the phone. She thoroughly explained it all for me and allowed me to feel comfortable to ask and answer any questions. Also being a first time buyer these things confuse me however Elisa’s explanations really simplified it for me. Her customer service was a 5/5 for me! However the only reason for the 4/5 rating is because the cover provided from Vetsure isn’t as thorough as I wanted it due to not covering dental work and personally I want absolutely EVERYTHING covered for my pet. Saying this, the insurance and plan’s themselves seem great but just weren’t a perfect fit for me.

I am not one normally for reviews. Unfortunately in November 2023 I lost my cat, Luna, fortunately I had managed to get her to the vets and I am so very grateful for both them and also for Vetsure. This was at about 9pm on a Friday night. I received an email the very next day offering condolences and with the form to review and submit my claim. This was processed and all sorted within a week which made a horrendous time just that bit easier. To top it all off I received a hand written card from them and some forget me not seeds, between them and the seeds I got from my vet my garden will be beautiful this year in her memory! The compassion, speed, efficiency, everything. I have had friends and family with different insurances who drag their feet but not this one. The vet inputted all the details, and Vetsure handled the rest. When I am strong enough to get another little bundle of fur and claws I will be going straight back to them, just hope I won't have to use them for many, many years. Thank you!

This is more to do with the care plan. Millie has been exceptionally helpful in sorting something out for me. She is a credit to the company.

We have been with Vetsure now for many years and recently our fur baby required veterinary treatment. Vetsure were absolutely amazing and settled the account quickly and efficiently without any hassle. It makes a refreshing change in this day and age to have an insurance company that lives up to and honours its well deserved 5* reputation. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Ted - our beautiful 4 year old Cockapoo - had broken all 4 metatarsals in his rear left back in December. Throughout his treatment and recovery Vetsure have been there for us, both at our local vet practice, and at the specialist vet hospital where Ted was referred. Apart from the small excess we haven’t had to pay a single bill and both treatment centres were happy to deal direct with Vetsure for their billing. Vetsure claims team e-mailed for our verification before they settled each invoice. Ted’s treatment was fully covered by the policy and we feel very fortunate to have undertaken his treatment journey with a quality specialist insurer. Thank you Vetsure - you’ve been brilliant, and best of all Ted was running off the lead today - for the first time since his injury occurred in December. It’s so good to see him once again enjoying his happy-space on our local beach.
