About 15 minutes after doing the electronic signature on the claim I received an email stating the claim had been settled. I would fully recommend Vetsure due to the ease of use

United Kingdom | 19 February 2019Honestly, we brought our cats from overseas where we also had pet insurance. But Vetsure has been great to deal with when we had to claim (twice). Unfortunately, we lost one of the cats and Vetsure were so nice - I mean, really nice to deal with. The only 'complaint' I have is that we are unable to insure one of our cats as she is a 'senior' and they won't insure older animals.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2019I spent hours deciding on the best insurer for our dog and in the end, while Vetsure leans on the more expensive end of annual policies, their reviews are consistently positive, the team are friendly, helpful and honest on the phone and the policy covers for most eventualities. They also work with our vet, The Vet, which means claims are handled directly between Vetsure and The Vet, saving us the worry of having to have money to hand to cover treatment etc. should we ever have to. Fingers crossed not of course! I highly recommend speaking to Vetsure to find out if they're right for you and your furry friend.

United Kingdom | 29 January 2019We cannot commend Vetsure enough with the very professional way they dealt with our claim Our 3 year old Westie Izzy, was found to have a liver problem which resulted in her premature death last week Our claim has been paid in full today including "loss of pet" We received a gift for our other dog "to put a smile back on her face", a lovely card signed by the staff and a packet of Forget-me-not seeds . A really lovely gesture

United Kingdom | 09 October 2018I highly recommend this insurance company. My cat got sick not long after getting her insurance policy and needed treatment for a few days in a raw at the vet's. The total cost was approximately £700. Vetsure accepted the claim and covered the vet fee straight away. There were no issues, no delays, no funny conditions. All the Vetsure employees I have spoken to are very friendly and helpful. I am very happy I chose this product for both my cats, in fact. They are very good and trustworthy.

United Kingdom | 16 August 2018Vetsure are the best pet insurance on the market. Our much loved pet suffered heart failure last year and required specialist care. Vetsure supported us and never quibbled over the care he needed . The staff are caring and understanding of owners feelings and needs. The last two years we have reached our limit and we were expecting a huge jump ininuramce premiums as with other companies . But no the increase price was minimal we were not penalised for making a claim. Thank you Vetsure I will never insure my pets with anyone but you . D. B.

United Kingdom | 14 August 2018Dental work is only covered in the rare case of an accident. All other more likely cases such as due to illness (in our cat's case: gingivitis) is not covered. I am facing a massive £850 bill for dental work which VetSure won't cover and any new insurance won't cover because it is a pre-existing condition. AVOID VETSURE

United Kingdom | 28 June 2018I am so pleased that my veterinary surgery told me about VetSure. Hands down they are the best company I have ever dealt with. They are excellent on the phone - always very helpful and friendly. They are very fast in processing the claims and keep me updated with the progress of an ongoing claim, no having to chase things up (as I had to do on a regular basis with another well known company) - I can just relax and know it will be sorted properly. Would highly recommend Vetsure to anyone who wants a good price and even better competent service.

United Kingdom | 24 May 2018Seems a nice enough company that dealt with the 2 (small) claims I had this year quickly an efficiently. But then renewal came around and they increased with premium by around 25% (about £200 more per year). So view that how you will.. punishing me for claiming or trying to reclaim the payouts.. pretty sure industry costs haven't gone up by that amount. Sadly they seem the best of the bunch so we're effectively forced to stay with the same company.

United Kingdom | 24 May 2018My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes which has made her lose her eyesight, we have had to make numerous trips to the vets with a lot more to come. We claimed on the insurance on diagnosis, Vetsure has paid the vet directly each time as the claim will be ongoing for quite a while. It has made a traumatic time easier as there are no forms to fill in each time, and no quibble about paying for the treatment. Highly recommended!

United Kingdom | 23 May 2018I had a problem when my direct debit had been taken from my bank twice. I called Vetsure and they came back to me the same day. There had been an error and the money was back in my bank the next day. I had a card through the door from Royal Mail saying they had a delivery for me. I hadn't ordered anything so was curious about the contents. When I opened the mail (addressed to my dog Milo) there was a Kong toy and a compliments slip signed by all the team and apologizing for the error. Milo was delighted with his toy. In my opinion a company who puts things right and goes that extra mile to give a personal touch is one worth 5 stars. I couldn't recommend Vetsure more, so helpful and the staff are lovely to deal with.

United Kingdom | 28 April 2018I changed to vetsure insurance because my vet recomended you, my first claim has still not been settled with my vet and you have asked for more information about poppy my dog and they have given you it 3 times , I have even been physically standing beside the secretary in the vets when they have been on the phone to Vershaw and they have emailed all poppies information , you have received it whilst the secretary was on the telephone so I don't understand why all the bill has not been paid .

I’ve also got my parents to switch over to Vetsure with their cat Gimli and they are very happy with the level of cover compared to they previous insurer.
