First purchase from Chronoedge and will certainly not be my last. Andrew is hugely professional and helpful in accommodating requirements. I look all around the world for watches and normally buy in Europe due to lower prices. However, Chronoedge were hugely competitive and given the content knowledge and customer service that Andrew and the team focus on, it was a no brainer to buy from them. I'm pleased to be able to support UK businesses. Watch was outstanding and sent with meticulous care and attention. I ordered an Omega watch for a very competitive price. As everyone else buying a watch on the internet, I was very worried about the authenticity of it. As soon as I received the watch I took it to an official Omega service center to have it checked. They confirmed that it was 100% authentic. The transaction was really smooth, I received the watch within 24 hours (!) to Eastern Europe after the funds have reached their account. They always responded to my emails and the dozens of phone calls with patience. I do reccommend to anyone!!

I have just purchased a Tag Heuer from ChronoEdge. This is a watch with a new price point of over £2,000, however offered for £995. I am a retired Senior Police Officer and have always given the advice: 'If it appears too good to be true, it usually is just that.' It was therefore with some trepidation that I made the purchase, however my fears and concerns were completely ill founded. The team at ChronoEdge, I spoke with both Andrew and Lee, were totally professional. They not only sold me a watch, but they managed to get Tag to bespoke it specifically for me. I can't speak highly enough of the service I have received. The purchase was concluded very quickly with the watch being delivered by the Royal Mail. 5 Star service. Marks out of 10: 10 out of 10. I bought a Tag watch from their Ebay listings and felt that it was such a good price I was nervous that it wasn't for real! Once it arrived (next day), I had it checked and what do you know, it's spot on, I'm not sure how they do it but hats off, a brilliant as new watch for a brilliant price!
