My dealings with them were entirely via the internet - I never met or spoke to them. Their emails were courteous, prompt and clear and they appeared very knowledgable about the product I was purchasing and the two watches I was offering in part exchange. Payment via bank transfer was easy and the watch was safely delivered next day. The watch I purchased and associated box and papers were in good condition - exactly as described. I visited ChronoEdge in person as I live in Manchester. & purchased a unisex TagHeur for a friend who then let me down. The watch was as described I.e as new. Rather than obtain a refund, I asked if I could swap the watch for a gents model & had absolutely no issue in doing that.
