We have been members of FPRA for about 5 years now. The service and expertise is amazing it is a vital tool especially if you are in block management to be part of this amazing organisation. On 24 November 2021 I attended a special webinar it was extremely useful and they answered all my questions. Keep up the great work. We joined FPRA to access the support offered via the body of industry experts who act with FPRA as honorary consultants. We are a recognised Leaseholders Association. Our questions centred on what seems to us like unfair charges from an incompetent managing agent. The advice we received was expert, clear and comprehensive and would have cost us many multiples of our annual subscription had we received it from a firm of solicitors. We could not have made a better investment than joining FPRA.
