Have ordered many times, always fast and neatly packaged. Can't go wrong

I ordered a Silver Cross Necklace off their website and when the package arrived it was nowhere to be seen, only an empty bag. I contacted their customer service email but they never got back to me, I was scammed out of nearly $100.

I ordered 2 rings and a pair of earrings from Serge DeNimes. The earrings arrived broken and i reached out to the company to get a replacement / refund and when they finally agreed to replace the defective earrings (which I appreciated), they only sent back one earring i instead of two. I reached out to them again and they sent me the other one about a week later, I tried them on, only to realize that the latching mechanism was not well thought out and was very difficult to use. Im extremely disappointed as i like the earrings and how they look but the latch isn't functional and breaks easily. i understand why they don't want to refund earrings for sanitation reasons but when the return is because of a design flaw (a faulty clasp that doesn't work well) I think they should honor that.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce site ni le service. J’ai commandé une bague qui ne m’allait pas. Je l’ai renvoyé en suivant le processus à suivre sur la petit carte reçue dans le colis avec la bague. J’ai effectué ce renvoi, qui s’est malheureusement perdu en cours de route. Pour être plus exacte La Poste a perdu mon colis. Le service Serge Denimes n’a rien voulu savoir, refuse de me rembourser ou de me renvoyer un bague. Je me retrouve actuellement sans la bague que j’ai commandé, et j’ai perdu 100€. Et Serge Denimes ne veut rien faire. Dire que je suis déçue n’est même pas suffisant. Une grande entreprise pareille, incapable de faire un geste commercial ou d’essayer d’arranger ses clients je trouve ça aberrant. De plus, je suis une cliente assez régulière sur leur site. Je ne recommande absolument pas. Si vous commander, soyez sûr à 100% de la taille de votre bague. Les retours sont un enfer et très mal gérer.

The circles that hold the pendant in a chain or bracelet are not of high quality, too thin and they all fell off and didn't even last for two weeks. They need to invest more in it because the product is very expensive and it's a shame it significantly affects its quality, besides the unique style and originality of the jewelry wins me over in the end and makes me buy again😅😃

The service offered by them is helpful, they will answer the problem patiently. And the product is amazing

Ordered a silver bracelet for a birthday, it arrived and it was tarnished all around it. Not great quality. It was also missing the polishing cloth that the website says supposedly comes with it. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired too, just chucked in a drawstring pouch with no thought into the presentation. Ended up returning because it wasn’t what I expected for that price point
