Really polite and quick communication. When I initially ordered the ring, it arrived within 2 days so that was great. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size so I requested an exchange. They received my ring to exchange on Wednesday 9th August so on the Friday, I chased up and was told it hadn’t been processed but that the person I was corresponding with (Jourdan - who was lovely) would process it for me. A week later, I had heard nothing so I contacted again to ask where my exchange was but I was told that it was out of stock. The reason I have knocked a star off is that they should have contacted me to tell me that - I shouldn’t have had to chase a week later - so they could be a bit more efficient. However, aside from that, I would order from this company again.

Very quick delivery, and the ring was exactly as expected.

The ring I ordered arrived worn. I sent pictures to the customer service team showing them that it had been worn and a fair bit of the gold plating had flaked off, whilst requesting a refund for the item and the postage I paid. I was promised that the item and postage cost would be refunded to my account after around x3 requests going back and fourth, however they have only refunded me for the item. The customer service I received from Tom was not very helpful and I would not recommend buying from Serge DiNimes as the items they send you are likely to already have been worn by someone else.

Really cheap jewellery. I’m normally really careful with how I treat my jewellery so I was really disappointed that the gold has faded away after less than a year of having it. Don’t bother wasting your money. There are other brands out there that provide much better quality.

Amazing quality quick delivery

Really poor quality - the ring arrived with some clear scratches and a hole near where the stone was set. I returned my item but am still waiting for a refund.
