Quick shipping and I love the product. I wear it every day. It's the perfect size and the silver truly is beautiful. I did expect more in terms of the packaging. There was no card, thank you note or anything else delivered with it. Well, the black little velvet bag which they sent with is lovely but I still would've liked to see a few extra words seeing as how something like a cross is so symbolic. The necklace arrived broken. I was promised a replacement by 10am yesterday, which was my son’s 18th birthday. It did not arrive. No response to my email yesterday at all. The replacement has still not arrived today. Eventually received an email 36 hours later & am told maybe tomorrow. Really disappointed.
