United Kingdom | 08 May 2023I ordered a patriot ring too small initially and returned it within a couple of days - I still haven’t heard if it’s been received or had a refund processed. I ordered a larger replacement and in less than 2 weeks of owning it with less than 7 days wear the black writing has faded / come off. Not the quality I expected. Still haven’t heard back from their customer service team either, so overall a pretty expensive and disappointing experience so far.

Initially created a return for a refund, but changed my mind and contacted Customer Support to change this to an exchange - they replied within hours and sorted this. However, I've checked the tracking for the return and can see it's been delivered. Sent an email asking about the status of this - no reply for a week. Followed up with another email and still no reply. Currently still without product and out of pocket. Garbage customer service - only seem to reply if it's a straight forward query.

Have searched everywhere for a phone number but unsurprisingly there isn't one. I will be reporting to trading standards if I have had no update by the 17th May

Netherlands | 04 May 2023I ordered a ring. the quality of the product was excellent, but I missed the size a little, so I returned the ring back, hoping to get my money back and order the same ring, but one size larger. Returned the ring according all terms, using the return label. It was at April 15th. At DHL tracker I can see, that parcel was delivered at April 19th to the UK. To this day I have not returned my money for the ring and have not received answers to my emails... Edited 18.05 Serge DeNimes responded to my email and after couple days returned me money for the ring minus expenses for shipping costs. I understand that there are different circumstances and it can be difficult to handle the flow of orders and answer all emails. So I changed my rating from 1 to 4.

If there was time, I would have requested a replacement,but as it was a gift, I had to choose an alternative elsewhere. The returns process was straightforward, it took about 3 weeks (possibly due to a series of bank holidays).
