Received an expensive order from them on a Wednesday and received an empty package with empty jewelry bags. Customer support is terrible as they haven’t reached back to me at all for a few days and they don’t have a number you can call. As far as I’m concerned I was just straight up ROBBED.

Placed the original order for 2 rings in late January. Wrong size, so both exchanged. Did not get any response about the new rings for a long time. Finally contacted and told the new rings would be shipped on the 24/2/23. Still no rings! Apparently now an issue with Royal Mail. Bought these for my son’s 16th which has now long passed. Not impressed at all and wondering if my son will ever see his rings at all.

Nice design but not the best quality. Clasp was broken on my first necklace so had to get it replaced. Good customer service to rectify though.

I like all products in packages. Thanks for all it. But in turkey you working with worst logistic company. You should consider to change it. It came 24.th february but i recieved today. And they sent wrong adress 3 days ago.

Amazing ring! So well made and design is lovely but would suggest maybe a few more smaller sizes.

Ease of use on website, good choice and prompt delivery

Scumy and unethical sales tactics. They tell everyone they won "the lucky draw" and ask for people's name and addresses. Then after receiving everyone's private information they reply with "we made a mistake" and try ram a discount code down everyone's throat. Classy. And when questioned about it on social media they go erasing all the comments to leave no trace behind. I've never seen a business operate this ingeniously and to do it so blatantly is baffling to see. Why would you tarnish your own reputation like that? Good thing we have review sites like this so these kinds of companies can't just go around censoring everything they don't like.

Beautifully designed products. They seem high quality and unique. The only negative is that the shipping seemed painfully slow for such a small package (took more than two weeks to arrive to Barcelona from UK).

Awful . no customer service contact available. I'm missing an item from my order have tried every way to contact them - multiple emails , socials I've even tried calling the store number & nothing .

Really fantastic brand. Great quality products and super customer service. I ordered the wrong size and Rosa from their team was amazing help in getting me the right one. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

The ring has a small crack in it

Surprisingly poor quality items. Some of the designs are cool, but it's no better quality than any much cheaper jewellery. I bought in the sale so not too bad, but for all the hype and the regular prices, it's just not high enough quality.

I have a few rings they are really cool and fit nice, I even have a resizable one which I'd reccomend over standard fitting
