Update. VOS came through and replaced the faulty vapes, thank you. I’ve changed my score to reflect this. I’ve left a star off as I had to place another order to get them. Vapeonlinestore are normally really reliable and I’ve never had an issue until now. I purchased a box of 10 ELUX Firerose EX4500s at £69.99 late December. I was away for Christmas until New Year and didn’t open them until then. I messaged the store that I’ve received a bad batch of vapes. They were all flavourless and had that blunt taste to them. No matter the amount of shaking worked. I contacted the store. Firstly they asked me to send pictures of the fault. Not something I could provide. They then asked me to return them. I’m medically housebound and asked if they could arrange a courier company to pick up the parcel. They could not. The business offered me two free vapes. At this point I’d just like a refund. I’ve had terrible experiences with online stores over the years. Disappointing effort by the store imo.

Great service as usual, fast delivery. Only down side is that I was sent limited edition vapes. I dont use all that frequently so means my order of 4, 1500 puffs vapes will see me using a vape with santa on well into the Spring.
