Firstly thank you, I've been ordering the firerose 4500 vape for over a month from different outlets, only to be disappointed with no delivery or fake tracking numbers and having to get my money back, but this company I would totally recommend, pay a little extra and get what you want, instead of disappointment, after i inquired via email, which they get back to quickly and mentioned they had it in stock, they sent the item the following day, it was ordered after 3pm and I got it the day after, great service great overall thank you again will use as my main source of purchase from now and happy new year 2025 🎉

I ordered off them a couple weeks ago when my then said delivered on the website I went to check around my house and neighbours and there was nothing there I message them and they say please wait while we contact Royal Mail and give us up to 1 week and I waited for them to do so after that one week I got no responses to my email nothing and because I paid via bank transfer I can’t ask my bank for a refund NEVER ORDER OF THEM I mean it my situation could’ve been handled so easily

I didn't think I would get my order before Christmas but it was delivered in 2 days and a little bag of sweets included for Christmas. Lovely touch . Top products, great prices and quick delivery . Fantastic.
