I emailed the company with photos of our existing glass block wall & they were able to identify the product we need to affect a repair. We subsequently ordered replacement blocks and these we delivered within a couple of days. The repair has been carried out satisfactorily 😊

Already had a low wall of glass bricks but needed to raise it. These glass blocks were identical to my existing ones and very well priced. All items required for assembling on same site with comprehensive description and sizing. Ordering and delivery equally easy and efficient. Quality service . Got my delivery with a few items short , got in touch that night by email with it being a late delivery and had a response the next day . The gentleman that was dealing with me responded very quickly and helped with the other items and at all time kept me upto date with his actions and the delivery company .the block lock system is so easy and very good to work with .now the blocks are in it makes my decision to get the glass blocks and from glass block direct a very good choice . Took over a month for what we ordered to be shipped, as the blocks weren't in stock. To their credit, GlassBlocks communicated well around the delay, and then helped follow up issues on the delivery. Having missed the anticipated arrival time our contractors haven't installed yet, but hope the process will be as smooth as outlined on the site.
