Really impressed with the speed that Tom dealt with an issue. Clearly customer service is at the forefront of their business. Would be happy to recommend.... GlassBlocks Direct were let down totally by their courier. On ordering the bricks initially Tom couldn't have been any more helpful explaining what I needed and the various costs. Even though they were a little more expensive than elsewhere decided that he had done such a very good job. Agreed next day delivery...On delivery the driver refused point blank to leave the blocks anywhere other than on the pavement outside our house - they weren't even left on our property. This blocked our drive entirely. Fortunately I was at home and able to move the 90 blocks, if I hadn't been my wife would have been unable to get the car out...after the reviews here and my experience of Tom I was amazed that they would use a courier with absolutely no sense of customer service whatsoever...am still waiting for an answer why this happened but I would probably go pick them up myself in future.

I loved the look of the products and ordered some. However on checking out and after having paid I realised that they had added £23 for delivery. Had I realised this I would not have ordered. A little transparency folks goes a long way. Update from tonight. I received a lovely call from Tom at glass bricks to discuss my issue. Resolved very nicely and had a lovely discussion about delivery charges etc. Awesome customer service

This is my second glass block project using this company and I can't rate them enough.
