This company is very easy to deal with, offering that personal touch which is becoming rare. Ordered and paid by phone with Jack offering all the help and advice I needed to get things right. Can highly recomend.

All products arrived promptly and look good. The only negative was that there seemed to be an excessive amount of packaging - the little polystyrene cushions - that needed several large bin bags to be disposed of. Would be great if this could be collected at delivery and re-used, or some more thought into how this could be reduced.

As always, the blocks arrived quickly and were very securely packaged to ensure that none of the blocks had any damage.

The customer service was excellent as the carrier hadn't delivered but it was sorted promptly. When they were delivered the next day some were damaged we were reimbursed and everything was sorted. It
