Fantastic product and service

I ordered 5 glass blocks from this company and received 2broken upon delivery I contacted this company and Jack got back to me straight away to deal with the matter he was very apologetic for the inconvenience caused not his problem bad delivery box was well packaged well labelled stating it was glass so obviously the delivery company didn’t take Due care.. Jack let me know that he was going to send me out the 2 replacement block which he did promptly and I got next day with no problem this time..Great customer service I highly recommend this company and will be using again.. Thank you Jack you saved my day..

Fantastic service

I was/am so impressed with this company. I placed a very small order, only 5 blocks on Tuesday and they were with me Friday lunch time. I wanted them for craft purposes so the order was not for their core business but my small order obviously received the attention one might have expected had I ordered many many more. Initial email asking for information also answered very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I found this website looking to purchase a couple of blocks . I have bought from them a few times . The website is easy to use and once I have always had my blocks arrive on time . I like how they have got many to chose from whether you are using them for crafts or for decorating your home .I will hopefully be purchasing from this site in the future.
