I Contacted the customer service rep at Cyberweld who immediately addressed the problem by contacting the manufacturer who replaced the defective item. Good customer service a rarity these days, but the customer rep at Cyberweld, Bonnie, handled everything, kept in contact and was a pleasure to work with.I will definitely use Cyberweld for future purchases, The umbrella itself is heavy duty, well constructed and was what I was looking for use on the job site.
