CyberWeld was recommended by my local welding supply house. The unit I was interested in would have taken weeks to get in. So the owner suggested I check out CyberWeld. I emailed CyberWeld to see if the unit was in stock or not. I received a email back within hours. Stating the unit is in stock. I ordered the unit on a Friday night. It was shipped out Monday and I received it from FedEx Tuesday. Granted I live in New York and CyberWeld has a warehouse in New Jersey, so there for the fast delivery The unit I ordered. The products received were the products ordered. They came in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. I submitted a question and have not received an answer after two weeks.

The absolute worst welding company I've ever worked with. I returned a Miller welding helmet I've called them 3 times. My wife has called 4 times. We have the tracking info saying they got it and they won't return the money. The hood was new and unopened in a box... worst company ever

I have spent my career in the welding industry (over 40 years) and I appreciate being able to get brand name quality welding products at decent prices. I buy my materials for my own use and so many of the suppliers are unsatisfactory to deal with. Thank you for seeing and filling a market area for us individuals too.
