I bought a coverage for my dad, when he was visiting us in US. We visited ER and specialists many times during his visit. The insurance covered everything so far. Thank you for offering these plans for people with pre-existing conditions who is visiting US. I would just recommend people who is looking for coverage, to read the excluded treatments carefully. Edit: none of the plans cover cancer treatments

INF has many staffs which have great services. Their response time is fast and efficient. I have extended with them for another two months and will still buy from them next time.

I took the INF Elite plan for pre existing coverage. I never got to use the plan for claims at all. 1) Not being able to get a prorated amount when the travel plans change and the members decide to leave early. Especially it makes sense to get a prorated amount when people have not used the coverage at all till that point. 2) Online description mentioned to get priority pass access for the members. But upon further enquiry it seems they will only provide one pass per policy no matter how many members are in the policy. This is absolutely ridiculous as having more members will incur a lot higher premium cost. So it baffles me that INF would cheap out on such a thing when people are buying a very expensive INF Elite 80 plan. I was talking to a support specialist on the chat and they somehow forcibly terminated the chat window when I was posting my responses. Based on my experience INF only helps at the sales end and I received very little support when needed. Especially on a very minor issue of a little benefit from INF Elite. I believe I would get an automated or a semi-automated response saying that its per policy regulations. Update: The customer service team called me and explained everything and apologized for the mis-communication. They were very helpful in resolving the situation and were open to receiving feedback from the clients. It feels very re-assuring to see that INF takes feedback from customers seriously and tries to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

A colleague of mine recommended INF Insurance for my parents visiting from India. The insurance is great - they have everything written pretty clearly- in terms of coverage, in network hospitals/medical facilities etc. and the customer service has been great.
