I purchased the INF Premier insurance plan for my mom when she visited the USA last year. She had one sick visit with an in-network doctor. I filed the insurance claim with INF in November 2022 and INF has still not processed it (June 2023). I've called them multiple times over the last 6 months and they keep redirecting me to United Healthcare and vice versa. The doctor's office bill is still unpaid and I'm getting calls from a collection agency every week. The claim process with INF has been a nightmare and I'll not be using them again.

Customer service was helpful every-time I visit the webpage to explore the plans and compare them, once I decided the plan purchasing it was quick and easy. Insurance copy and ID cards were immediately delivered to email.
