I tried to get information to increase coverage to match updated values on my two properties insured with Novamar. I have had to reach out over and over for answers. This is my third year renewing and as a repeat customer, I expect better support and faster response times. I renewed today on the old coverage amounts and still need help analyzing and updating those amounts ASAP. Otherwise, I need to locate a more responsive insurance company that can act as a trusted advisor, over time. Insurance isn't static. Novamar needs to be responsive when a client asks for additional coverage advice.

Hola, escribo en primera persona, sobre como fue el acompanamiento de Novamar para reembolsar los daño del Huracan Lidia en puerto Vallarta en 2023. Al dia siguiente que Lidia pasara por PV, Salavor Curiel estuvo visitando el condominio, ese mismo dia nos asigno un agente encargado de todo el seguimiento de nuestro evento, pero siempre el al tanto de cualquier duda o tema que surgiera en este proceso de como por primera vez poder cubrir gastos de danos por huracan. Para los dias siguientes, la asesoria fue via telefonica y por correo con el equipo de Novamar, siempre un trato personalizado y buscando la manera de como poder tener el expediente completo, reporte fotografico, facturas con conceptos especificos, relacion en excel de cada factura, reporte fotografico de todo lo reemplazado. Les puedo decir que con este evento aprendi muchisimo como es el correcto manejo de mi poliza y los procedimientos correctos para buscar la mayor cobertura.
