Extremely simple & straightforward quote and renewal process. Very happy!

I was double billed on my credit card and was advised I could only get a refund if I produced my credit card statement. I paid in mid Feb, and due to the timing of the credit card statements, I can only provide a statement mid to end of March which then who knows how long it is going to take to get my month back for an error made by Novamar insurance.

I've insured my condo and vehicle in Puerto Vallarta, Nayarit, MX through Novamar since 2016. The representatives have always been knowledgeable, honest, prompt and courteous.
