IPD is an awesome website with quick order turnaround and shipping. Even during the Covid-19 panic, they got my order to me across the country within a week.

Very disappointing was refused a credit or refund from a tool I purchased was told apparently the mechanic use it wrong when the mechanic was using the tool it started chipping and broke .I will never purchase anything from here again Why wasn’t a warranty given or credit The part was faulty and made cheap I truly wish I could add the picture showed the tool to several certified mechanics stated the tool is made with cheap material

I purchased the ipd heavy duty rear sway bar end links for my v70. They made a huge difference and my car feels much more planted.

Thanks very much for the injector seals. They seem to have done the trick. When I pour water on the jectors with the engine running, it no longer causes the engine to miss. It was pretty easy to change the seals too...easier then I thought and a lot less expensive than a shop visit.

I have had consistently good results with IPDUSA in all of my Volvo part orders. When I have returned parts, it has always because of miscalculation on my part and they handled it promptly. Their YouTube videos have been very helpful, too.
