I ordered a license plate bracket for my 2008 Volvo xc90. It was missing a cap nut. I emailed IPD to let them know. They sent a replacement, no questions asked. Great customer service.

I really thought I was buying the correct part for my 164e. The wording of the description seemed to me that it was the correct part. It was only after I received it that I saw that it was not. IPD, please provide more detail about the parts. Add a picture as to where the part is mounted on the vehicle. For that reason I am giving this 3-stars. The 3-stars are for the customer service of being quick about shipping, returning, and reimbursing.

I have a 2012 Volvo and the turn signal went out. I went to a local store (not bashing local) who gave me the wrong very large bulb. I went back with the burnt bulb from the car and showed them. They said they had nothing to fit and their computer showed the bulb they gave me previously. Two other stores same result and another told me I needed the whole assembly! I live at least 1.5 hours from a Volvo dealership. I finally looked on eBay and found the correct bulb (i ordered 2!). Shipping was fast and the bulb fit perfect. Thanks!
