Difficulty of finding old Volvo parts forced me back to the IPD catalog. I actually thought about selling the car to avoid buying from you again. If the good times keep rolling, then I’ll keep coming back.

United States | 12 March 2020Very bad experience. I entered my car details on the site and then bought a set of pads and rotors that the site made explicitly clear, "fit my vehicle". In fact, there was a helpful green box at the top of each part I selected that made this super obvious. Awesome. I ordered the parts, waited for 'em to arrive, jacked up the car, and got to installing. Only to find out that the parts did not actually fit. I thought maybe I entered in the wrong car details but nope, both the site and my order slip showed the right car and associated parts. I wound up having to catch an Uber to the local dealership to grab parts to get my car working again. Contacting IPD to rectify this, they insisted that I pay to ship the parts back and that they would only accept unopened parts. Absolute BS and a failure on their end to accept any responsibility for their site's lies/failure. [EDIT] Response below is false. Entering in the information for my car, I'm STILL greeted by a helpful green dialog informing me that the parts fit my car. They don't. I provided screen shots of this to customer service, they still push back. Ridiculous.
