Been 2 weeks and still not seen my parcel ! Stuck with Royal Mail , neither Love the Sales or Royal Mail are interested after various emails and phone calls ! Was on a 48hr tracker , maybe you should use a good delivery company and not Royal Mail as they are useless . Very disappointed. Also a very expensive purchase !

The product they sent out paul smith t shirts were clearly returns poorly repacked and sent to me it was to late to return as this was a Christmas gift and I had to pay postage for their mistake I wouldn't order again from either company poor customer services

Avoid this company at all costs! They sent a pair of jeans with a stain on them! I asked to send them back and they said they could give me a 10% discount but not refund the jeans. They sent defective jeans. It's against the law not to accept a return of faulty items. Absolute scam of a company.

Great communication and swift delivery

I liked the communication. I did not like the delivery company experience at all. After completing tge delivery instructions for DPD, when they delivered, my instructions were ignored & my parcel was left on the front door step in the rain. I did complain to DPD via email, but no reply or apology.

I ordered a £120 tshirt for my partner, via love the sales. Didn’t realise I was buying from a third party, no information on seller provided. item arrived shockingly packaged, when opened foul smelling and inauthentic looking. Not convinced it is dsquared2 the labels not original and looks like it could have been worn/ 2nd hand. Have raised a return but no response as yet! Shocked at how appalling the item looks considering its designer and a Christmas gift. This is a sham site avoid avoid avoid!
