I wore these for three hours, they ripped at the side by small toe. I'm not aware that I caught the boot on anything but there was the tear. Upon reaching out to this company I was told straight that there wasn't any manufacturing fault with the boot and wouldn't accept a return. Well there may not be a manufacturers fault, the boot was so cheap it tore. I have had some boots for years and no tears. Awful quality, awful customer service. I wouldn't recommend this business, I'll never buy anything again from them.

Terrible support. They don't have any other way to communicate with rather than via email form on a website. There is an email address but they never replied. No reply. If you reply back, after 2 working days even if they say that will reply during a day. I've placed the order and paid for the next-day delivery. Part of the order was delivered, but another part didn't. Support kept telling me that it was not their responsibility, even if I placed it using their service. Contacted another company and they made fixed my issue very quickly even if the support of LoveTheSales confirmed a few times that they escalated my case to the company.
