I sealed the item with tape and was told that "This decision is the box has been damaged with returns labels and tape. As this is the case we are unable return the item back to stock for re-sale''. The item was then returned to me without a refund, having also paid a hefty fee to post the return. Kaush from the customer service team and Nicola the quality control department manager were particularly unhelpful. I have ultimately been scammed.
