I was a little skeptical at first when seeing the item on for a significantly less amount than I saw it in stores and because I had never heard of this place before I wasn’t sure if it was a scam or if items were not authentic however I read some other trust pilot reviews and toon the plunge and was proven very wrong. Service I received was amazing, quick delivery I ordered near the festive period which is inevitable for delays but I still received my item within 3-4 days, it was genuine with tags and sealed packaging. I felt that I should leave a review for people like me who might have been skeptical

Efficiency and easy

The website is easy to use and easily narrowed down by search of brand and sizes.

I paid £100. For two items returned both as they were unsuitable and only received back £60 now they won’t respond to emails or telephone calls! Beware! Well it now looks like they will refund the rest! I await in anticipation! But the customer care is just not manned so you are totally in the dark as to why they only half refund and with no explanation then say refund to follow.

The boots ordered arrived on time all good but unfortunately they came out very large a size 6 Barbour well was much bigger than a 6. So we sent them back to re order. The process to send back couldn't have been better with the collection via the Post Office from my home and the return fee deducted from the refund. Couldn't have been easier for me - I will us LovetheSales again.
