I have been escalating this issue since then and still have not received any answers or resolution. I am now taking them to Small Claims Court. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any retailer. Please be aware - this is a scam. I can see that some customers have received their items, and if you did, you're lucky. But if you haven't, forget about getting your money back. If you look at the one-star reviews, you'll see the same standard message they send to everyone: "We are really sorry to hear about this. This isn't the service we strive for our customers to receive. If you have been in touch already please contact us again so I can best assist. Alternatively, please email us with your order number. We look forward to hearing from you directly." Well, guess what - I have been contacting you directly since March and no joy! Avoid this company at all costs.
