Logiken och smidigheten i att använda Planday är helt otroligt bra upplagt, både för arbetsgivaren och personalen. Bättre än så här blir det inte.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024The positives: 1) They have online support if you forget which button you need to click 2) Probably ok for front line managers arranging shifts The rest: The back end reporting suite feels like it has been designed by a mid-level GCSE student for their coursework. They would have passed, but they have no business passing this off as an actual working product for the workplace. Nothing matches up and they are very sketchy about showing you your own data so you have to run their "data" through your own spreadsheets and then check it against another part of their website to verify and sanitise the data. The programmers can get exactly what I need but they are super guarded about giving you your own data, instead doing their own dataviews which were clearly not designed by anyone doing reporting and analysis but by the aforementioned GCSE student. They do however make random changes that completely screw up the work instructions you've had to put together to cover for their poor system. They then patronise you when you point out their errors until they realise you are correct. If you actually want to analyse your data, especially payroll, before you actually pay out then this is not the system for you. If you care about how accurate your data is, I'd look elsewhere. And don't get me started on their reporting data for non-payroll queries. It's not user friendly or intuitive. Truly awful. But I do hope the student passed their GCSE with this school level model. PS; it makes you put in a date but I have been just about coping with this terrible system for several years now.

Switzerland | 12 August 2024Ich weiss nicht wie ich die Erfahrung mit euch teilen soll. Man zahlt für einen Betrag was ich der Service demnach nicht entspricht. Planday Hatte so viel mal einen Absturz dass gar nichts mehr ging. Sobald das passiert kann man die nur per E-Mail erreichen. Wie jetzt im August 2024 wieder das gleiche Problem man kommt gar nicht im System rein man kann einfach nichts machen. Ich habe schon drei Mails seit zwei Tagen geschrieben und ich habe keine Antwort bekommen. Ich bin so angewiesen auf dieses Programm da ich alle Buchungen Dort erfasst habe ich muss jetzt alle Buchungen von meinen Kunden manuell abrufen alle E-Mails kontrollieren das nimmt mir Zeit ohne Ende. Sie sind bis jetzt noch nie entgegengekommen wann solche Abstürze waren. Ich habe schon paarmal überlegt zu kündigen und irgendwo anders zu gehen. Seit Xero Das übernommen hat ist es nur katastrophal geworden. Am Anfang als es frisch war als die App rausgekommen ist war alles tipptopp und dann wir hier lesen könnt nicht mehr so gut. Ich will euch nur damit sagen überlegt euch es zweimal bevor Ihr mit Planday einen Vertrag abschliesst.

United Kingdom | 03 July 2024I can't believe a platform that costs over £50 a month has made my life so difficult. The user experience is clunky and it doesn't speed up my payroll, actually makes it harder. I'd rather do paper timesheets.
