Josh and Reuben from CSL construction were approachable kind and well mannered. They put the garden room up in less than two days which was very impressive. Their workmanship is quality and they took all the rubbish away with them! What more can you ask for! Highly recommend!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the branch in Cardiff. I spent the whole morning trying to set up a trade account, but it required direct contact with the store. When I called, the employee who answered said that the manager was busy and would call me back to assist with the account setup. Unfortunately, I never received a call. Luckily, I got help from the Newport branch, where a very kind lady set up my account, and I received my account number via email. However, I still couldn’t place an order because the password, which was supposed to arrive in a separate email, never came. I then decided to call Cardiff directly, provide my account number, and place an order. The person who answered—probably the manager—told me to send the order via email because he was busy... really? I needed to buy materials and have them delivered by the end of the week, but he simply said they were fully booked and couldn’t make the delivery. That part is understandable. However, at the very least, he should have accepted the order instead of ignoring a potential customer. I wasted my time trying to buy from them, and now I’m not even sure if I’ll be able to complete my project on time for my client. Very poor service!

I ordered cladding yesterday afternoon on amazon. It said 4-7days delivery. It was here within 24 hours. Delivered by a young man called kieran who was VERY cheerful and helpful and carried my order to my porch way. The product was exceptionally cheap and good quality. I will need more in the future and will DEFINATLY be using them again.

Kieran and Jack are both brilliant! They are both really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Eurocell upvc products are high quality. I'd definitely use Eurocell again! Thanks!

Easy straightforward and quick

Thanks to the guys at Eurocell for sorting me out with ordering 2 doors and a few other bits. Excellent customer service.

I think Eurocell is very good because , well for a start they seem to be the only place that has celotex in 75mm, the perfect thickness for my project. Easy to order online, helpful and friendly staff, resonably priced and delivered to my door for free and fairly quick. Jobs a good'n 👍

Excellent service

went to pick up my item which was in stock according to the web site but found it was not available. Full marks to the staff at Edinburgh who offered me an alternative which was acceptable, but if you were after a specific item beware when ordering online. Probably best to ring branch first to confirm.

Incredible service from Bath Branch. Planning on making an order to collect but items showed out of stock at all local branches. Placed for delivery instead expecting 2 - 3 day time frame. A member of staff at Bath Branch spotted the order realised he was already collecting from site that had stock, collected my order and as he was already making a delivery in my area dropped my order to me just 2 hours after purchasing on line. How pleasing to see they are really on the ball in the Bath Branch and saving the company time and costs by being really efficient at their job.

We are really impressed with Derek and Glen from R&R Bespoke who made a quick visit to Gretna to make adjustments to our Eurocell Garden Room doors. Couldn’t fault the service or support at all.
