Really great experience with our recent garden room install from Eurocell, and really happy with the final product. The process was really slick, especially considering we ordered right before Xmas. Even with the break, we’re all done just a few weeks after placing our order. Every single person we’ve met from Eurocell (and their construction guys, CSL) has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with everything, starting with Daren who worked with us to spec up and price the room. The real stand outs for us would be Josh, Charlie, and their teams. Nothing was too much trouble for Josh and Rueben. They were friendly and helpful, gave us loads of advice, and kept us well informed throughout the build. Charlie (Electrician) and Aaron were also fantastic. There were a few options for how to get power to our garden room and Charlie took the time to explain the pros and cons of each approach to us. When I inevitably chose the much harder option for him, he didn’t bat an eyelid and did a fantastic job despite having to spend half the day in the pouring rain and freezing cold. I don’t know what else I can add 1 just a great experience all round. Thanks guys, the room looks great 👍🏻

Garry and Charlie were so professional. They made me so comfortable as they took me step by step the building process. Their speed and accuracy was impeccable. I love my Garden Shed and will work with them again and again. Good choice of colour also.

We were looking to create a gym “shed” as the space we once used has now been reclaimed by returning Gen Z’s! We booked a consultation and were told it would be with Robin Iles. Well, I have to say his communication was second to none, regularly emailing prior to the site visit to confirm everything was still ok for the date/time etc and on the day of the consult he gave regular updates via text as to his eta. Upon his arrival he was professional, polite, and courteous. He has a lovely manner and did not give a hard sell which was something I was worried about. He was knowledgable about his own products and gave good advice about what would suit our needs, but also gave us some questions to think about in terms of the gym equipment supply/install. Robin was clear about what the next process was and set out clear expectations about the timeline of the build. Robin is an asset to his team and I would gladly do business with him again if we ever need another “shed” 😊

Q I ordered a product with dimensions of 445x 150 mm. When receiving the item, the service gave me an item with completely different dimensions, claiming that I was mistaken. The mistake is the website of this manufacturer. On the website and on the bill the dimensions were 445 x 150, not 800 x 10 as it turned out on the spot. Waste of time

Placed to order online and opted for delivery, the subsequent e-mail stayed tge 3rd party delivery company would contact me within 2 to 3 days to arrange delivery which was fine. Within the hour I received a call from the store arranging delivery for 2 days later, very impressed with the turnaround time.

Staff were really helpful and got me the best value product for my requirements and budget!
