I love Couture Boutique. Here you can find everything you want - a huge choice from a variety of famous brands. I've ordered things here several times. Delivery was always fast, there were no extra charges. The quality of things was perfect and everything fit on me fine.

I used to love shopping at the store but am disappointed that whenever I try to consign my items I am told my items are not in season (a pair of booties) which looking at the site right now there are multiple boots listed. I have a few pair of shoes which I was told were worn, one had a few minor scuffs, and because they were worn the label was fading so that is why they turned them away, but other than that the shoe was in good condition just a few scuffs, I didn’t think items had to be in pristine top notch shape to consign isn’t that the point of consigning?.. maybe someone may have been interested but I will never know as I was turned away, there are other stores in the Tampa area if you want to consign or post your items yourself, you’ll get more money for them anyways. As much as I’d like to purchase more items from the store considering they have a great collection. I won’t be back, it’s embarrassing coming in and being told they cannot accept anything I bring in. It would be helpful to customers who want to consign to set the standard of what your store is looking for exactly so that this type of embarrassment doesn’t happen to anyone else.

UPDATE: After doing some research online, it appears that vintage nylon Lady Dior bags commonly have a waxy feel! Who knows why. I have wiped the bag down with a very gentle wipe, and will try some baking soda for the inside. Here is my original message: Beautiful bag, and the process of buying was smooth as silk. When I received the bag, there appeared to be a slight waxy residue covering the entire bag--as if someone had sprayed it with some kind of protectant not meant for fabric--and it smelled strongly of patchouli. When I purchase a bag, I do prefer that things like odor and texture be disclosed in the condition description. But it's still a great looking bag, so I'm going to keep it, and do what I can here at home to improve the smell and the feel of the bag (luckily it's made of nylon cloth). Thank you for a smooth purchasing and shipping process. I will still browse and purchase items from Couture Boutique.
