Es war alles super. Ein Rad mussten wir nach kurzer Strecke wegen kaputtem Reifen tauschen. Dies erfolgte ganz schnell und unkompliziert.

We had an excellent experience using bike rent NY to ride around central park. It was easy, just outside the park and the price was OK

Excellent expérience

After we returned our bikes, we were told our deposit had been refunded back onto our credit card. This did not happen. Several phone calls later, the issue was not resolved. Only when we involved the credit card company did we finally receive our deposit back. I understand mistakes and glitches can happen, but it should not take more than one month to correct.

Rented a bike at Central Park South, next to metro station, perfect location to start a bike tour. Price information clear and transparent without hidden extra charges. Renting a bike was so easy and fast. Super friendly service team. Next visit to NY I'll be back :)
