Other than the tour company failing to tell us we needed to pay a little extra.it was still worth it. A great way to explore the park. Maybe throw in a free map and bottle of water as the bike company are aware the bus tour company arent 100% honest about the charge.

I am surprised to be Continuously asked for a review since it is more than a year ago that we rented bikes with you at the Central Park Spot. Unfortunately we were quite unhappy with you. The staff at the pickup was very unfriendly, two out of five bikes broke down during our trip, one of them unable to get it back to work. No phone contact Of your company worked to help and tell us what to do since it was later in the day and my husband had to take a cab (not easy to convince the driver to take the bike, too) to get back to Central Park ( extra expenses ). sorry I have no better news for you and maybe you have improved in the meantime since bike riding has become more popular during the past years. All the best to you from a very bike-experienced family from Germany 🙋🏼‍♀️
