I was really grateful for all the help and advice I received from Eldercare in sorting my Mum’s finances and purchasing a Long Term Care Annuity which will mean that all her care fees will be paid in the future. We also had the added situation of a Covid-19 pandemic with all the restrictions that brought but even with this problem Eldercare’s professionalism shone through. I would without any hesitation recommend the team at Eldercare who reassured and guided me through this period with emails and phone calls.
