Extremely happy with the complete process from ordering to delivery of our new bbq.

I have found it very hard to find a Weber supplier in and around Birmingham with a decent selection of accessories. I found Riverside on the Internet with every accessory I wanted. Their website is simple to use and delivery was very quick with excellent communication via email re order being dispatched and when it was due etc. A very simple transaction - thank you.

We ordered our BBQ late on Sunday. Riverside had despatched it by 9.00 the following morning and it was delivered mid afternoon on Tuesday. Great service.

I wanted a Weber Q1000 BBQ to replace a rusted out deck unit I've had for years. Riverside had them in stock and delivered the next day....I nearly said f.o.c delivery but of course, everything must be paid for...even though, with delivery, still a keen price.

Easy to buy, fast delivery. BUT I had to return the item and never even opened the shipping packaging (which was a bin liner). I had to pay shipping and a £6 restocking fee! Ended up paying 20% of my initial purchase just to return it!! Horrible customer service, will never buy anything here again.

What a great find Riverside are ! We ordered on Sunday evening and received our Go Anywhere BBQ on Tuesday as promised. It was very easy to put together and seems very sturdy, we can't wait to use it. Riverside website is really good and ordering a piece of cake - do not hesitate to use them.

Placed an order for the Quest traveller aviator chair on the website, received my chair 2 days later. This chair is very easy to unfold & fold back up & has a storage cover. The chair is very comfortable & a good height. I would recommend Riverside garden centre for their prompt service.

It was perfect, and we ordered at about 3.30 pm and it arrived next day about 11.00 am.

Excellent shop and sell every Weber item you could want. I ended up ordering my Weber Mastertouch online from them as a was let down by a local garden centre and their price was to good to miss. I was worried that it may arrive damaged as this happened previously with my old bbq from a different retailer but everything arrived in good condition by next day delivery. I've a load more things I want to buy so I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

We needed a replacement BBQ, and after reviewing many types and brands we decided on a Weber and found Riverside Garden Centre had a good wide range of this name. We ordered on-line and were kept informed as to the delivery date. The BBQ was subsequently delivered promptly. If we need any extra components to upgrade or enhance our BBQ, then Riverside Garden Centre is the place we will buy from.
