Purchased a Weber firepit - the old model. Put it together only to discover the short section rim of the bowl must have been knocked a some point of manufacture,and was missing enamel and therefore would have been prone to rust. Rang Riverside dreading I'd have to unassemble it,and package it up and post it back. However, simply e-mailed photos and in under a week a new one arrived as replacement. Never has it been so easy and service was the best. Thank you. Have yet to use it at a party next week so hopefully it will be fabulous. Happy Christmas and we'll soon be roasting those chestnuts round an open fire not to mention those marshmallows!

I found the exact products I required. It was easy to place an order, and it only took 2 working days to arrive, in spite of it being during the pre-Christmas season for postal deliveries. I had not used Riverside Garden Centre before, but would certainly consider doing so again, without hesitation, and recommend them.

The whole item is on polished wood, and in brass style cases, maritime in style and being ex navy find them very apt. The clock keeps perfect time and can easily be seen when sitting some distance from it. Very stylish for any room.

I bought a 6ft breckenridge frosted tree. Its a great artificial tree, easily put together and arrived on time with no hassle.

Brought this tree through riverside garden centre. Totally different from pictures advertising this tree. Contacted riverside centre whom told me if i wanted to return it would be my own cost, very bad customer service. Sue
