I placed my order for a 6ft Alexander Rose picnic table, on a Thursday and was hosting events the next two Saturday's. I was told that standard delivery was 5-10 days but due to the time of year, (Summer), there was a huge backlog. To my surprise and hugely appreciated, the table arrived the next day and putting it together couldn't have been simpler. I am a very satisfied customer, thank you!!

Having purchaed my goods online without any issues, the only trouble I had was after the transaction was complete. Parcel Force, who delivered the package to Ireland, left some of the necessary address details covered by a bar code on the label, making final delivery to me impossible. Only after I contacted them, did they manage to locate my goods after manually opening some packages before they located mine. I understand that this issue was not the fault of Riverside garden centre, but it did cause me a lot of difficulty in having the goods located and delivered to me a few days later than was necessary.

I ordered a Weber One Touch Original 57cm on the Thursday and it had arrived Friday afternoon. Super quick delivery, lots of communication so I knew when it would be arriving. With regard to the bbq, excellent quality, extremely sturdy and well made. My husband put together in about 30 minutes, very simple. All the extras were also of excellent quality and very well made. The bbq is an excellent size and I do feel the chimney is a must - really gets the bbq going much much quicker. Very easy to clean afterwards also. No negatives at all , dont hesitate over this, an extremely well built bbq which I feel is worth every penny.

I ordered a Weber Q1200 BBQ from riverside Garden centre on Tuesday and it was delivered promptly on Thursday via courier to Northern Ireland. Great service, prompt, one of the best products on the market AND it included the regulator for the disposable Gas cartridges -FAB!!

I was going to order this product from Amazon but found Riverside were significantly cheaper, even with postage and packing, so decided to go to them The website was easy to navigate and they kept me informed by email of my purchase's progress. They delivered quickly and the product was well packaged. Just what I like!

I knew which bench I wanted to buy as a present for my daughter and her husband - the same make as the one I have myself. I checked out the prices online and Riverside Garden Centre was competetive. Added to that it was fairly local so if there was a problem I could visit. I am pleased to say there was no problem at all.It was delivered within the timescale and I was notified when it was despatched.

Bought a Weber 2014 garden firepit from Riverside Garden centre and had no delivery charges added to purchase which was good. It was delivered exactly when expected and was very easy to assemble. It is very good quality and produces a lot of heat when lit allowing you to stay outside for hours longer in the evening. I bought special fire logs from a local discount store which are perfect. You need to line the bottom of the firepit dish with some sand to protect the dish plus keeps the logs from moving. A very good buy.
