Excellent service and price from Riverside for the Weber Go-Anywhere barbecue. The BBQ is also rather better than I expected too, economical on charcoal and emits nice aromas instead of lots of smoke - if you follow the recommendations in the user guide that comes with it.

Excellent service. However, although all praise in recycling boxes, how useful it would have been had we known. We ordered a pop-up tiger tent and matching stool for our grandson. What apparently arrived was a Webber Griddle, with no outside paperwork. This caused some animosity as my other half thought I had totally ordered the wrong item!!! We did not discover the Comapny's very commendable "recycling" ideals until I had emailed in despair..... Only to find that had we opened the Webber box, inside was a tiger tent and chair! Perhaps had I been of a different generation I would have opened the box which apparently didn't belong to me? Will I do this in the future? Probably not........ Please let us know!

Really fast dispatch, ordered griddle plate & cover late on Sunday and I was told early Monday morning it was dispatched. Arrived Tuesday and was able to use on my BBQ the next day! I'd previously bought my BBQ from them too, and (even though it was January and the delivery guy couldn't understand who'd buy a BBQ in the winter) that too arrived pretty much the next day. I have used many sites to perchase different thing but have never been treated as well as I have by Riverside garden center, with a phone call to let me know that my bbq would be a couple of days later than next day delivery( no problem ) this is old fashioned customer care. I have purchased more items from them and will continue to use this 5 star company

This was such an easy purchase. Not only was it the cheapest I could find , there was free delivery and it came next day , superb packing . No problems at all. I would highly recommend .

Arrived 21hrs after ordering, can't fault the service from Riverside! The BBQ is great, took 15mins to assemble and works great, looks great. Used it for the first time last night with excellent results. I bought a weber having used my mums one and I would definitely recommend it to others. I also brought the cover which is a great addition to it as it will be living outside.
