Purchased a Weber Q3200 and I am very very pleased with it. Why purchase flimsy BBQ's that rip your fingers to shreds when you try to clean them, when you can purchase one that's going to last years and no sharp metal. Used for the first time yesterday after taking approximately 1.5 hours to put together. Was going to say Build but that's an exaggeration All burners etc are already assembled. Here's to many years of Good summer weather so I can use to fullest . Thank you Riverside great service.

Excellent product range and better prices than any other site I looked at (and I checked loads!). Was expecting mediocre service due to low prices but opposite was true. Amazingly fast delivery, great communications and when I had a slight issue with one part of my order they couldn't do enough to sort it out for me straight away. Replacement product sourced the day after my query with follow up emails to ensure that all went smoothly. Will be using Riverside as my first choice for BBQ and gardening needs from now on and have already recommended them to friends, family and colleagues and anybody else who will listen. :)

i ordered a webber q from a different site and on the day of delivery a week later they emailed me to say they couldn't supply the one i wanted. So i rang Riverside and they said they had the model i wanted but unfortunately i had missed the cut of time for delivery on the monday but i could have it tuesday living at the back of beyond near landsend cornwall ordering on a friday and getting delivered tuesday is fantastic and bbq is brilliant highly recommend this site and will use again im sure.

Just bought a Weber Electric Bar B Q. Staff had all the answers to a few questions about specification. Living in Yorkshire but temporarily staying in London we needed delivery down south. No problem and item duly arrived the next day. Initially I inadvertently gave the wrong house number and a few minutes later got a call back saying that they had checked the address with Royal Mail and the house number I had given didn't exist. I bought the weber warming rack and apron although expensive for what they are riverside were the cheapest online and it was delivered within 2 days.

It was really easy to place my order for Weber Charcoal, a new Grill for my BBQ and ash catcher. I made a last minute request in regards to leaving my order in a safe place and was kept up to date from dispatching right through to delivery. Will definitely order from Riverside again!

Great service! The price was the best I found on line. I ordered mid morning and the Weber BBQ arrived by brilliant Parcel Force at 08:00 the next day which was perfect for me. Put the BBQ together fairly easily on my - 62 year old woman - own and managed to use it that evening - excellent to use, cooked the sausages beautifully. However winter has now returned so BBG is back under cover - I love English summers! Would certainly recommend Riverside to my best friend.

Ordered some weber barbecue gloves as a Father's Day present. They arrived very quickly. However the box was all battered, and they had made an attempt to patch up the rips with tape, but it looked so messy. I wouldn't normally be bothered about packaging, but as it was a gift, it didn't look good at all.
