Wanted some accessories for my Weber BBQ, and after a quick internet search, I found this place was the cheapest! Ordering was simple and straight forward, and was told 3 days for delivery... we live in the Highlands, so not unusual, and was amazed when it turned up after 2 day!! (Normally if companies say 3 days, it means 4 or 5 to us!) Will definitely be using this place again next time I need anything for my Weber.

Bought a garden bench from Riverside Garden Centre - cheapest on-line price I found for the particular bench we wanted. It arrived in 2 days. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with the bench; Riverside Customer Services were very efficient in contacting the manufacturers and getting a replacement part sent out the same day. Its when things go slightly wrong you can tell if a company values your custom and there is no doubt that Riverside Garden Centre do. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

We ordered a new grill for our charcoal BBQ at around 8pm one evening. It arrived the next day! The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the grill was packed in a box belonging to another product. As a result we nearly returned it without opening the box as we thought we'd been sent the wrong thing! Excellent website too by the way - very clear and easy to navigate. Good to see you sell accessories and spares as well as new BBQ's

Purchased two Quest Moon Chairs from Riverside at 2pm on Tuesday and they arrived at 8am the following day. I couldn't find the items as cheap anywhere on the internet and free next day delivery. I would recommend Riverside to anyone.

Ordered online from an extensive selection. Goods arrived well packed but a couple of days later than promised (not a problem). would certainly use again as my default weber store.

The service was really fast. The sun loungers are something we had been looking at since we saw something similar in Italy last year. They look really well made and were a really good price.Just need an Italian summer in England to enjoy them.
