Having bought one of these before from elsewhere I was expecting this one to be of poorer quality as it was much cheaper, well what a surprise two days later it arrived well packed and was identical to the one I had purchased elsewhere and delivered to my door for free, so big thanks to this company and for fast service I am very happy and would recommend for quality, value and service thank you all.

I'm totally thrilled with my Weber Go Anywhere from Riverside. I had thoroughly researched the BBQ so knew what to expect. What I didn't expect was such a low price compared to my usual failsafe John Lewis. Delivery could not have been quicker. I'll definitely come back here. Thank you!

Excellent ordering process, I had to return the item as I stupidly ordered the incorrect size. One phone call and everything was organised together with a replacement item all delivered the next day. Very slick operation, congrats to the guys working there and the owners.

Delivery was meant to be 5 to 10 days and it turned up on the 3rd day so I am really pleased about that. Their communication was excellent and the goods were exactly what I would expect so I would recommend them to anybody based on my experience.

Just got a new weber barbecue and fire pit the build quality is first class.It was ordered on a Sunday it arrived in Northern Ireland on Thursday morning the delivery price plus the service I got from Riverside Garden Centre was top notch,have already told lots of friends about my experience,and I will defiantly be using this company again.Thanks again Riverside garden centre

When it comes to using a new supplier of Weber spares it can be a bit daunting but I can thoroughly recommend Riverside. Great price only if the item appears and my Flavorizer Bars arrived 22 hours after ordering, and the delivery is free.

Decided to buy a Weber Smokey Joe and did the usual search via Google for best price. I ordered from Riverside because they were the best price and offered a quick delivery. The bbq arrived as described and e mail communication was good. Will use Riverside again as long as their prices remain competitive.

bought a christmas tree and payed for it,only to have a email stating there was only one left in stock and its was damaged.contact with riverside garden centre was great and kept informed and was refunded in full just have to wait from tuesday till this is sunday so hopeing i get money back by monday.my wife is left dissapointed .

I checked quite a few web sites but found that riverside offered the best selection of Weber bbq at very good prices. Delivery was as they said, the next working day, and delivery was right on time

I bought the Weber Q3200 Bundle plus some more accessories, for a total order of just under £500. Placed my order on a Tuesday evening. Mid Wednesday morning I had an email asking me to ring my card issuer and get the auth code to prove the order was genuine: why wouldn't they use a proper online fraud management tool? It's such a pain to ring up, explain, get the code, get back in contact with them ... but I did because they promised next day delivery ... which was split between two shipments!!! Although they both arrived on Thursday. More peculiar stuff! I got onto to assembling the BBQ only to find that it was faulty! As I said, I bought from them because of the next day delivery promise. So I emailed them right away the same evening to seek a solution in time for the weekend thinking they would ship a new one and get the one I had back. Towards the end of Friday morning I had yet to hear from them, so I rung up. They didn't really care to be frank, and told me had emailed me (which they hadn't) and that they would pass my details to Webber for them to send a replacement part. It then took the whole day before they emailed me asking for the serial number (wouldn't they have this given they sold me the item?). I emailed this to them Friday night asking to have confirmation of what would happen next. Late Saturday morning I received an email saying they had passed it on to Webber who would deliver the past in a couple of days and good bye. No apologies at any time and no real interest in the fact I couldn't use the BBQ but had spent almost £500 with them! As much as I understand this is a manufacturer's fault I really expected better service and a better, faster solution that would enable me to use the BBQ this weekend. Very poor service and awful customer experience

Ordered 7 pm Tues night for delivery on the Thursday before Good Friday for a birthday on Easter Sunday. Was a bit concerned as we had left it a bit late but all was well and it arrived at 3.30 pm.

I picked the gas BBQ up myself but it was ready for me on a trolley and the staff were helpful with my queries.
